Chanel Christian is a passionate hospitality management professional with a mission to bring exceptional venue experiences to urban communities. Starting her career at 15 at a small local restaurant waitressing, then moving to New York City as an adult, Chanel worked at some of the industry’s most celebrated venues, including Red Rooster Harlem under the guidance of celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson, STK Steakhouse in New York’s vibrant Meatpacking District and the iconic Marble Room in Cleveland. With years of hands-on experience in managing busy dining rooms, building strong teams, and cultivating welcoming atmospheres, Chanel understands what it takes to make a venue truly connect with its community.

Her consulting firm C&C Consulting alongside her business partner Courtney Greene is driven by a desire to support local entrepreneurs, offering a personal touch to help them navigate everything from opening doors to day-to-day operations. Chanel’s goal is to see every client succeed—not just in business, but as vital contributors to their neighborhoods. Fueled by her love for people, food, and great service, Chanel is excited to share her knowledge and passion to help others build venues that are as vibrant and diverse as the communities they serve.

Courtney Lg is a connector, cultivator, and curator with over 17 years of experience in marketing, education, and public service. Raised in Cleveland, Ohio, by her parents, Ray and Vicki Green—her father worked for Water Pollution Control and her mother with the Cleveland Metro School District—she developed a deep appreciation for community impact. She had the pleasure of working at her alma mater, John Hay, and contributing her marketing expertise to organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club, YOU, Vocational Services, and Invention Services.

Courtney Lg has also partnered with Platform 13, Madison, Ariel International, LaSalle, and Lounges Content establishments in the metropolitan area. She has worked production for NBA All Star, MLB All-Star, NFL Draft, Cleveland Fashion Week, NYC Fashion Week, NAACP Image Awards, Girl Boss Conference NYC, Gov Ball (Kendrick Lamar), and Final Four are some of the productions she has executed. Her passion lies in bridging connections and creating impactful strategies that drive growth and community success.
